INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PLANS
· Best for runners who are comfortable training on their own but would like some guidance on how to train and how to reach their race goals.
· After completing a short questionnaire, we can discuss (over the phone or in person), the best type of training plan for you.
· I will create a customized training plan for your race ranging from 8 weeks to 24 weeks.
ONLINE INDIVIDUAL COACHING
· Best for runners who would like consistent support and feedback throughout training.
· This includes a customized training plan that will be adjusted based on how your training is progressing.
· Weekly check-ins will take place to review progress and adjust plans/goals as needed.
· Assistance with race pace strategy and other race day tips.
INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP COACHING (IN PERSON)
· Available to runners in the Baltimore area.
· An initial consultation would take place to discuss goals and availability.
· Includes a customized training plan that will be adjusted based on how your training is progressing.
· Weekly check-ins in person or on the phone/via E-mail
· Optional support during long runs or speed workouts- fees may vary based on number of days/hours needed
